What can Bofus answer?

You can ask anything related to your waste and BOFA. Bofus will almost always be able to give you a useful answer that you can trust.

However, Bofus cannot answer questions specific to your address. This is because he does not know your address and cannot look it up in our systems - so do not write your address to him. Questions that require an address (e.g. ordering an extra pickup) should therefore still be directed to our customer service.

Bofus cannot give you a discount on your waste fee or pass on praise and criticism to our waste collectors. He can only guide and possibly help you to more information on the website.

Does Bofus always tell the truth?

When answering questions, Bofus uses his knowledge, which consists of virtually all the information from BOFA's website - everything from the sorting guide to the location of the MiljØs - and Bornholm Regional Municipality's waste plan and waste regulations.

He doesn't invent answers, but every once in a while he may have misunderstood something. Try rephrasing your question if you are not satisfied with the answer.

Is it anonymous to ask questions to Bofus?

The answer is yes. Bofus cannot see who you are and there is no tracking or registration of you as a user. The questions are stored anonymously in his archive so we can learn if there are certain topics that citizens need more information about.

What do I do if Bofus doesn't understand my question?

Bofus can get confused if you ask several questions at once. Try to stick to one topic at a time. If the conversation has gone off track, you can start over by clicking the three dots at the top of the chat and selecting "New conversation".
