Waste declaration private
Waste producers must prepare and submit a declaration form (found at the bottom of this section) to BOFA's weight function. The form must be sent by email: vejerbod@bofa.dk.
Waste producers that continuously generate well-defined and uniform waste suitable for landfill only need to complete a basic characterisation once, which is valid for a period of up to 1 year.
The waste producer receives an acceptance form from BOFA. This form serves as documentation.
The carrier must bring the completed acceptance form with them when each delivery to the facility.
The declaration and acceptance form must then be renewed annually by the landfill. This forms the basis for a possible extension.
Producers who generate waste that is not produced regularly must fill out a new declaration each time the waste needs to be disposed of.
The declaration can be cancelled without notice in case of misuse or failure to sort according to the receiving requirements of the facility.
Visual inspection
BOFA staff perform a visual inspection of the waste both at the entrance to the facility and at the disposal site for all loads of waste for disposal.Rejection
If the waste does not fulfil the landfill's reception requirements for waste suitable for landfill, it will be rejected. No later than the next working day after the rejection, the facility's supervisory authority, the waste producer and the home municipality will be informed of the rejection and the reason for it.Receipt
A weighing slip is issued for each load of waste received for disposal. The weighing slip serves as the waste producer's receipt and documents that the waste has been weighed, sorted and classified in accordance with the receiving facility's reception requirements.
The weighing slip also contains the legally required information about the carrier of the waste.Positive list
