A network of partners

Collaboration is the core of creating a circular economy.
Our joint public-private partnership based on the quadruple helix model brings partners, projects and networks closer together.
As a partner, you become part of an interdisciplinary and ambitious network where we share practical experiences, knowledge, and the latest developments in circular economy and waste management. You will also become part of a common communication platform from which we share, exchange, and disseminate results to the rest of the world.
Therefore, our partners become part of the network:
“Our company is based on the principles of the circular economy and climate-friendly construction. We have brought the idea of recycling old bricks to the market and have entered into an innovative collaboration with BOFA to do this locally. We are delighted with what the island has to offer.”.
Claus Juul Nielsen, Director/CEO, Gamle Mursten ApS
This is how we collaborate
To create a clear framework for the cooperation and to accelerate it, we are anchoring our partnership and projects in the Bornholm partnership model.

The model should give our partners the best opportunities to build on the experiences from the projects while at the same time creating the best conditions for implementing new ideas, working methods and technologies across Bornholm.

FORMER PARTNERS

Dewdrop Tiles
Dewdrop Tiles delivers customized circular tile solutions made from surplus tiles and recycled tile remnants from construction sites and BOFA recycling centers.
Dewdrop Tiles’ vision is to contribute to more sustainable development by giving discarded tiles a new life. Through an efficient production process with low CO₂ emissions, the tiles are transformed into unique high-quality tile solutions. Dewdrop Tiles’ solutions are based on the material and are manufactured through a digital process that ensures the perfect expression. As one of Dewdrop Tiles’ first customers, BOFA had a mosaic wall made for the Waste Tower, which serves as Bornholm’s green information center for the sustainable use of Earth’s resources.
