How to report a damaged container

Enter address
Log in WITH WASTE with MyID and enter your address in the address field.
The system will automatically suggest possible addresses.
Confirm address
Select your address from the drop-down menu and then click "Next".
Start the review
Click on the "Registration." to the right of "Is your waste not collected or do you have a damaged bin?"
Select container
Set of tick by the container that the deviation is about and click "Next".
Specify the complaint
Under the "Complaints" section, put tick at "Defective container or handle (elaborate in comment field)".
In the comments section, please describe the damage.
If you wish, you can attach an image.
Click on the "Next" to continue.
Enter contact details
Fill in your contact details so we can contact you if needed. Then click on "Next".
Check and submit
You will now see a summary of the information you have entered. Check that everything is correct. When you are ready, click on "Submit".
Your enquiry will then be sent to us.
Correct information if necessary
If you notice any errors along the way, you can click "Previous" to go back and correct previously entered information.
