Why is my address not in My Waste?

If your address does not appear in the self-service, it may be because there are no waste containers registered at the address. This may be the case if you share waste containers with other households.

How to find information about emptying communal bins:

Log in WITH WASTE with MyID (note that you are leaving this website).
Check the address where the bins are located.
If the bins are not associated with a specific address, the information is typically found under the household with the lowest house number among the closest households.
